We were trying to purchase an old building over an acre of land that they had for sale. The first time we contacted him was in February or March. Our lawyer had to insist several times for papers in order to complete the sale. Several months went by and I had no news from him, in July my girlfriend realised that the house was still advertised as for sale in daft and myhome, when we paid the deposit back in March. We were told several times he would get back to us (only in July, 3 times we were told he would call back to my girlfriend) He even admitted, regarding the long time waiting, that he believed there was legal issues after calling him again it turns out there wasn't but wait till the end... As he didn't get back to us, we just got tired of waiting and decided to pull out of the sale.It wasn't until that moment when finally the paper we were waiting for x months appeared !! !! But that was just a coincidence right? And by the way..... That paper was not other that the right of way on the property and guess what ???.... There was legal issues !! As the right of way was only for the owners so we would need to apply for the right of way for ourselves.... But thankfully we run away from the sale.To conclude : months of time waste, money on petrol to visit the property wasted, and 700 euros on lawyers fees gone just for Nothing!
